HIGH PROTEIN PANCAKE
PREP TIME 3 minutes COOK TIME 15 minutes MAKES 2 servings
- ¾ cups oats
- ½ scoop whey protein
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 1½ tbsp CaveNut peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Mix and whisk all ingredients together to form the batter.
- Heat up pan over medium heat with oil, add batter in small circle.
- Cook until bubbles on the surface of pancakes have popped (2 minutes).
- Flip and cook the underside for another minute.
