HIGH PROTEIN PANCAKE

INGREDIENTS
  • ¾ cups oats
  • ½ scoop whey protein
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1½ tbsp CaveNut peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder 
DIRECTIONS
  • Mix and whisk all ingredients together to form the batter.
  • Heat up pan over medium heat with oil, add batter in small circle.
  • Cook until bubbles on the surface of pancakes have popped (2 minutes).
  • Flip and cook the underside for another minute.
